Care4Her is a walk-in women’s health urgent care service designed specifically for acute OB/GYN concerns that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. Care4Her offers a comprehensive range of OB/GYN services, including non-stress tests (NSTs), laboratory testing, and ultrasounds. Care is provided by highly trained, compassionate professionals, many of whom also work in major hospital labor and delivery units. This hospital-level experience ensures patients receive expert evaluation and guidance in a calm, supportive setting.
During operating hours, the Chief of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Dr. Angela Silber, is on call to provide expert oversight. For emergencies, RefuahHealth’s Division of Women’s Health collaborates closely with Westchester Medical Center to ensure seamless escalation of care when needed.
Preventing Emergencies Through Timely Intervention
When a woman visits Care4Her, the clinical team assesses whether her condition can safely wait until morning or requires immediate attention. This real-time evaluation can prevent complications, reduce unnecessary ER visits, and provide peace of mind during what can be a frightening moment.
Care doesn’t end when the visit does. The Care4Her team follows up within the Women’s Health framework, reviewing test results and coordinating directly with the patient’s regular provider to ensure continuity of care.
